Chris Duffin
Chief Scientific Officer

Chris Duffin is an internationally recognized authority in human performance science, metabolic health optimization, and regenerative performance systems.

As Chief Scientific Officer of Enhanced Executive, he works with high-performing leaders to build data-driven protocols that improve energy, resilience, and long-term physiological performance.

Chris brings a rare combination of experience across engineering, biomechanics, executive leadership, and elite strength performance.

Before founding his companies, all focused in the exercise science space , he spent nearly two decades leading corporate turnarounds in industries including aerospace, automotive, and advanced manufacturing. He later founded Kabuki Strength, whose biomechanical innovations are now used by professional sports teams, military units, and elite training facilities worldwide.

Chris Duffin’s work in engineering innovation and human performance science has earned national recognition. In 2019, he received the Scientific Achievement Award from Oregon Institute of Technology, honoring alumni who have made significant contributions to scientific research, discovery, or innovation.

In the world of human performance, Chris is also known for extraordinary athletic achievements, including becoming the first person in history to squat and deadlift over 1,000 pounds for repetitions, a feat that demonstrated the integration of biomechanics, physiology, and resilience under extreme load.

Today, his work focuses on advancing the science of human optimization through a framework called the Regenerative Amplification Method (RAM). RAM integrates biomechanics, metabolic health, peptide therapeutics, and recovery sequencing into a unified performance system designed to accelerate regeneration and improve resilience.

Chris has also completed Harvard Medical School Executive Education in Lifestyle Medicine, Wellness Coaching, and Health Optimization, further strengthening the scientific foundation of his work in metabolic health and performance systems.
