1. Coaching & Consultations

All one-time consultations, coaching packages, and mentorship enrollments are non-refundable once scheduled or delivered, due to the personalized nature of these services.

If you need to reschedule a booked consultation, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled time using your confirmation link (Calendly or email).
Missed or canceled sessions without notice are non-refundable.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Courses)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital files, all digital product sales are final.
If you experience a download or access issue, contact our support team within 7 days at christopherduffin@gmail.com for assistance.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

Monthly or annual community memberships (e.g., Endless Evolution Insider) may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing date.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in rare circumstances (duplicate charge, system error). To request one, email christopherduffin@gmail.com with proof of purchase and reason for your request.
